I have sent a payment and still haven’t received my stablecoin.

Updated yesterday

Once we receive your payment and confirm settlement, stablecoins are credited to your account. If you haven’t received them:

  • Check if the transfer has cleared at your bank.

  • Verify that the funds were sent to the correct account details.

If everything looks correct, please share the payment reference to our support address – support@noah.com, so we can investigate.

Please make sure to include:

  1. Beneficiary IBAN

  2. Your email that's linked to the account

  3. Transfer amount
