Your buy or sell order may fail for a number of reasons, the most common of which can be divided into the following subcategories:

  1. Declined by your bank — for example, because you’ve exceeded your card limit. Please try a different card or contact your bank for further support.

  2. Technical issue — if this persists, please contact us.

  3. Details entered incorrectly — please review possible errors and try again.
