Currently, there are no fees for transacting over the lightning networks or for on-chain transactions from one NOAH account to another NOAH account. There are fees when withdrawing to a non-NOAH on-chain address. These fees are based on the current market rates of the blockchain used and recalculated every 10 seconds in the app, with each quote valid for 45 seconds.
