Why has my KYC fallen into a review status?

If your KYC is showing as "In Review", it means our compliance team needs to take a closer look at your documents or information before they can approve your account.

This can happen for several reasons:

  • The submitted images are unclear, cropped, or hard to read.

  • There are discrepancies between your ID and the information you entered (e.g., spelling of name, date of birth).

  • Your document type requires additional manual checks due to local regulations.

  • Our automated systems flagged something that needs a quick human review.

Tip: Review status doesn’t necessarily mean there’s a problem - it simply means we’re ensuring everything is accurate and compliant. Most reviews are resolved within a short time.
